Scope of our works was to resolve historic commercial issues including variations and create a methodology for future work.

In depth study and reconciliation of 8 years of RTC (road transport collisions) data for Surrey and Croydon and consequently calculated the fundamental parameters necessary to maximise our client’s income. Calculated Evidence and full recommendations have been issued to achieve 20% annual income uplift.

We automated and simplified the whole extent of RTC data in a single document with the use of complex formulas to demonstrate our client’s live position in one table with associated charts.

Resolved and reconciled a largely weighty exercise - the 10 years Payment Master sheet. We were able to identify chase and retrieve £470k that were previously unknown to our client and determined the WIP.

Change Control, raising and agreeing all outstanding variations
