Validate the ‘as built bulk earthworks’ against the cut and fill model.

Review the locations of suitable material, the earthworks model suggested that suitable material should be easy to located but there was a dispute regarding this

Establish where the suitable material was placed or was it mixed in with unsuitable resulting in it becoming unsuitable

Review the quantity of clean stone placed in the external yard as a result of the formation not reaching specification (both displacement and replacement), then the corresponding material relocated to bunds or disposed off site.
