Project in Heathrow Airport – (work for the Contractors’ side): Maximised our Client's benefits by drafting a clear commercial and technical strategy to differentiate between the inert and non-hazardous muck material that was excavated and disposed of the site.
Due to our civil engineering and commercial experience we have managed to raise the contract value by successfully agreeing additional work for our employer.
Project – Commercial Units in Basingstoke – (Work for the Client's side): Based on our volume exercise, site measurements and successful management of the Contractor's work on site we have managed to achieve the required results and protect our Client's interests.
